Converting and painting flying nuns/tempestus scions

Flying nuns are perfect for deep striking scions!

Conversions 

The flying nun superior has a chainsword in her left hand. The tempestor of the unit can take a free power fist, so why not? I had a misprint of Mother Theresa (her back is damaged), so I chopped off the power fist arm. I also had to cut and rotate it at the elbow as it wouldn't fit due to the jump pack.

The squad already has a plasma gun, and I decided on a meltagun for a second special weapon. I chopped off a lasgun barrel, and cut up a melta that came with the Kriegers.

Later on I converted a second squad. I didn't have a second melta gun, so I chopped a techy looking bit off a mechanicus pistol. The superior was a slight misprint missing a right hand, but I chopped up a Mother Theresa misprint for the pistol and power fist.

Painting

Pin the nuns and spray Grey Seer. Then paint them as usual. Dark metal weapons and jump packs, Blue plasma coils, Muzzle burn meltagun. Paint some glow effects in the jump pack exhausts and power fist along with the plasma. Paint the cables Blood Angels Red, then highlight orange.

Paint some varied skintones: medium skintone, Dark skin, Yellowy dark skin.

Basing

Prepare some finished cobblestone bases. Then drill through the base and glue in transparent rods. Glue them into the nuns.
