Contrast commission over a zenithal applied by airbrush

So I tried out an airbush. Finicky as hell. I dislike it immensely. Let's not talk about all that. I did manage to prime some Reaper Bones minis, and they take it without any issues, unlike spray primers. After a few test models, I primed and try to zenithal a few commission miniatures. The white primer totally killed the airbrush... so it's only grey over black. Still, the Contrast paints apply marvelously.

Zenithal... more or less

This is how the minis look with a black undercoat and light grey applied over.

Apply the Contrast paints

With the Gore Grunta Fur cups, Seraphim Sepia foam and rag and Apothecary White aprons, I decided to lean into the blue-brown scheme and paint the barmaid's dress Ultramarines Blue, while the barkeep got a Nighthaunt Gloom shirt.

On this stone golem, the Basilicanum Grey went on way too heavily. So I wet blended some Soulblight Grey (mostly to remove the underlying Basilicanum) on the upper areas. Nazdreg Yellow gold parts.

Aggaros Dunes clay golem (another layer in the lowlights) and Darkoath Flesh flesh golem.

Various colors on this dwarven jester.
