Introduction

Another cheap eBay find. After the Griffon, I wanted to try out a simpler color scheme for the feathers.

Storm King's part 28 - We did things

In the escape from Hekaton’s prison ship somehow Solid got himself turned into stone[1], so Selene got him in the “bag of moulding” before we teleported out of the ship.

We reach Hekaton’s place all ill by cold[2] and one stoned paladin[3]. Fortunately we have a cleric between us to restore us all to a healthy form.

Storm King's part 27 - Release the Kraken

Finally with Szivem pregnant[1] we reach the great city of Yartar[2] again to find our friend White Face.

The pirate had returned from his wanderings and he can’t refuse us the favor[3]. So he takes us to those Northern Islands after telling us that we are mad to venture into such waters. We hunt some walrus and seals to get us food and maybe some warm clothes while venturing such cold weather.[4]

Introduction

Virulax led his warband towards the village. In there, they would find nourishment - both physical and spiritual. Yes. The villagers would have no chance but to bow before the gifts of the Grandfather. 

But... what is that smell? Is there something... cooking?!

As the first brutish Ogor showed its face and saw the approaching demons, it screamed at the top of its lungs:

"FOOOOOOOOOOD!!!"

It was suddenly clear why half the village was already in ruins. Virulax would find no living villagers, not anymore. He hefted his blade. At least he would have some fun.

Painting a Unicorn

Introduction

Another short project and part of a new initiative: the new miniatures that I buy immediately go on my to-do list! 

Initially I thought of a rainbow color scheme, but decided against mocking the miniature. My next inspiration was the classic look of the Heroes 3 War Unicorn.

M.A.G.U.S. - Moral dilemmas

As we collected our bounty, the lizardman sorcerer offered us each a medal, so that his tribesmen would recognize us as friends and allies. We left, only to set camp at about half an hour's distance, and set to work.
