Painting a chaos blade
Black basecoat.
Blend Black and Magic Blue, with the blue in the center.
Draw the central line with Magic Blue.
Highlight the thicker portions with Electric Blue.
Dot the middle of the highlights with Dead White.
Draw the edges with Cold Grey. Jagged edges suggest the energy inside the blade is breaking out.
Shade the grey with Nuln Oil.
Highlight the tips with Stonewall Grey. Also edge the blade.
Water down Drakenhof Nightshade and go over the blade, for just a hint of blue light.
