Oh my man EndRush and his killy healy Greyjoys. At least we had his least favorite mission, The Winds of Winter. But where's that refuse flank?!
I congratulated myself on winning the round order decision and manipulating reserves. I also turned off Walder Frey and his initiative stealing mechanic. Jon Snow arrives to mess with the corner, round 2. EndRush wanted to hold the middle, I wanted to be in his zone.
Victarion turned around while the rest advanced towards the middle. The Raiders survived with a couple of wounds, then pulled back at the last moment to score me those points. I let the Ironmakers hold the middle, and we were equal at the end of round 2.
Round 3 was action packed and I forgot to take pictures. With Walder Frey turned off (thanks Mance!), I could start the round and wanted to escape with the Raiders, but the archers boxed them in. That was a point to the Greyjoys, but at least two combat units were tied down for another round. EndRush dealt the objective with holding the enemy side, which I happily did with my Boar. Round ended 4-3 to the Greyjoys, which meant I could then even up the score and steal the initiative. EndRush dealt the mission to kill the enemy commander.
With equal points on round 4 and time running out, I decided to make a play for the Ironmakers and keep other things alive.
Shadowcat, Wolfpack all doing chargeblocks and selling their lives dearly.
The Ironmakers died, but it was a difficult thing to achieve. They were then immediately resurrected by Balon. With the Spear Thrower Giant sacrificed as a charge blocker to save Mag, we were again equal on points so the tie breaker went to the Greyjoys.
