Basecoat with a mix of Heavy Warmgrey and Bonewhite. Not a 1:1 mix, as the heavy color quickly overwhelms the other one. More like 2:1.
Mix more Bonewhite in, then highlight.
Wash Reikland Fleshshade, to give some warmth to the color.
Re-highlight with the last color mix of Heavy Warmgrey and Bonewhite.
