Black basecoat. This can be achieved with Contrast paints as well, using a smooth layer of Black Templar then Basilicanum Grey.
Mix Daemonette Hide (Heavy Violet + Cold Grey) for the first highlight.
Add Dead White to the mix 2-3 times for more highlights.
Final edges and spot highlights using Dead White.
