On smaller surfaces (e.g. a face) basecoat with Elf Skintone. On larger surfaces (e.g. here), use it like a layer.

Wash Reikland Fleshshade.

Highlight Elf Skintone.

Superhighlight 1:1 Elf Skintone and Pale Flesh.
