The law of averages comes back to haunt Tari.
The fight rages on as the goblins alert their camp.
Even more goblins emerge from the forest, including the ever-dreaded wolf riders.
Finally, the goblin boss appears.
At this point, most of the party was low on health, and the amount of damage dealt by the boss laid them low. Except Tari, who used (and/or abused) her high movement and the Elven Grace feat to kite the goblin around and shoot him to death.
Unfortunately, doing damage to the boss did not prevent Szivem from bleeding out on the ground. They looked on, shocked, as the character... died.
At least the mission was accomplished.
I don't remember exactly how the session got its title. Someone was at a wedding? Someone was getting married? Anyway, the beginning was pretty happy and energetic, but the ending was pretty sad.
