Draw a center line (top to bottom) with black, then draw the sides of the rhombus. This still works with a larger brush (no 2).
Fill in with black. Then switch to a smaller brush (no 0) for the second coat, use this to fix the corners and straighten up the sides.
Switch to a smaller brush (no 00) and use Heavy Goldbrown to draw first the center disk, then the circle around it, then the sunbeams/teeth.
A second layer (possibly a third, depending on paint thickness) to reinforce the design.
Then draw 3 more teeth in between the larger ones, and reinforce with a second layer. If needed, go back in with Black to reinforce the space between disk and circle, or straighten up the teeth.
