Prime Grey Seer.
Start with the cobblestone to account for drybrushing, if we have a base.
Cover all the cloth Apothecary White.
Cover the shoes Black Legion.
Coat the weapons Leadbelcher.
Gun casing Black Templar, everything else Nuln Oil Gloss. Highlight all the metallic surfaces Chainmail Silver.
For this simple powersword, I glazed it 3 layers of Guilliman Blue, each time starting more towards the base of the blade and wiping off the end using my finger. Place a spot of Nihilakh Oxide at the base of the blade.
The only other model so far is the power first/plasma pistol Castellan-stand-in, for those details consult Painting tempestus nuns in the bluish gray of the House of the Virgin Mary.
At this point break out the wet palette.
Highlight the black cloth with a mix of Black and Cold Grey, then Cold Grey, as per Black.
Basecoat the face, hands and legs Heavy Skintone. Use other skintones at your discretion.
Finish the face and hands using Reikland Fleshshade, Heavy Skintone, then final highlights of mix of Heavy Skintone and Pale Flesh, as per medium skintone.
Coat the legs Basilicanum Grey.
Because every cloth surface is white, I took more time here. First broad highlights Ghost Grey.
Then highlight White.
Finally, to set them apart and give them that "Mother Theresa" look: draw the hems with a thicker edge of Ultramarine Blue. Draw additional thinner lines in parallel.
The eyes are way too small for Painting eyes, so a simplified version: paint the eye socket white, then add a dot of Black Legion. Paint the lips Carroburg Crimson as per female face.
