Painting Mag the Mighty, Wun Wun, and Mance Rayder the bard

With me using Mag the Mighty in every list, plus Mance the bard, the next commission job was a no-brainer.

Painting the giants

Them being heroes, apply the steps outlined here. Nothing new.

After contrast paints, before skintones and highlights.

Painting Abel the Bard

This is his original state. I decided to run with it.

A diluted coat of Wyldwood over the lute, plus the strings picked out in silver, was quite enough. I painted his cape Gryph Hound Orange and the sash Blood Angels Red, then both Fuegan Orange. Militarum Green, then Biel Tan Green on the shirt and hat. Apothecary White pants. Basilicanum Grey hair.

Skintone and leathers as outlined above. Highlight the hair and pants white. Highlight the cape Hot Orange, then Orange Fire. Highlight the sash Bloody Red, then Hot Orange. Highlight the greens with a mix of Dead Flesh and Bonewhite.

Woodland base but a white rim, so he would blend in easier with the Lannisters, but signify his true allegiance.
