Prime or basecoat Wraithbone.
Paint Skeleton Horde.
Wash Agrax Earthshade. Concentrate in the recesses, around the teeth/eyes/temples, or around any small details.
Wash Nuln Oil. Mostly inside the areas already washed, but a couple of streaks on previously untouched spots also do well.
Highlight Bonewhite.
