Documenting the winding journey from beginning wargaming and PnP RPG-s, through low budget solutions, to a growing collection of painted miniatures and a veritable chronicle of games and campaigns.
Another aberration. I imagined a disgusting mix of crustacean armor and flesh, along with human skintones.
We gathered online for the season finale, before another foreseeable long pause. Let's go slay that dragon!
I bought all of these for about 2 pounds from eBay. Time to diversify the lot for use in D&D.
I got a second lamp for Christmas! And I bought better, stronger cold LED lights for both of them. "Finished miniatures" photos should be marginally better now.
We started off in the small caves filled to the brim with giant spider webs. We had Selene burn them off. The smoke wasn't that bad, so we advanced - right into the waiting arms of 4 giant spiders. But they weren't really there, and only Okos could see them. Except when it was their turn, and they turned real and knocked Selene out with poison. We killed them and I revived the sorceress, but she was still paralyzed. Good thing Okos can heal that.
The agents returned to the shrine just in time for the following ceremony. The people of the camp allowed them to pass through without incident, giving them a wide berth. A fearsome reputation is sometimes quite handy![1]
An unexpected online reunion just before Christmas! Yay for us, as we entered the dragon's lair...
