I took Be'lakor to a game and just from transport and play all the LEDs and the battery dislodged and all the duct tape started coming off. It was a hot mess.
First off, I fixed the LEDs in place firmly instead of just with duct tape. A very small amount of superglue keeps them in place; not too much as I did not want them to fog. I then applied large amounts of Vallejo Heavy Gel all around the LEDs as "glue". This took a couple of days as I glued one in, waited to dry, glued another one etc.
Next, I replaced the flimsy duct tape battery holder with an actual battery holder soldered unto the wires.
Finally, close off the opening once more with duct tape, leaving only the switch accessible.
