Painting commission trolls

Contrast commission time! A bunch of rather simple trolls to be painted, 5/6 made by Reaper. Note my new policy: I will now base any commission mini, even if it's a low budget commission.

Priming

Bones being Bones, I first airbrushed all of them with a black primer. Then, after my airbrush broke, AGAIN, I spray painted them Grey Seer. Perfect for a cold greenish color scheme.

Painting

Coat the skin Militarum Green. I decided it was way too monotone, so I painted the back Creed Camo, and feathered out the ends. Filthy cloth Nuln Oil/Agrax Earthshade.

Use all the browns at my disposal for the different furs/leathers.

Do cheap rust effects with Magmadroth Flame/Fuegan Orange/Gore Grunta Fur.

Experiment on the hair Basilicanum Grey/Soulblight Grey/Gryph Charger Grey/Space Wolves Grey.

Experiment on the rock bases by wet blending Wyldwood (earth) and Gryph Charger Grey (rocks).

Basing

Woodland base the miniatures without a cast rock base.
