I bought these guys back when eBay was flooded with them for 2 euro each. I originally envisioned different color schemes for them so I can tell who has what spell. This doesn't matter anymore, but I thought the differing colors would still look cool.
The color schemes are based on old WarhammerTV videos, and the various details may have been inspired by other videos. However, I decided to update wherever possible and lean unto Contrast paints as much as possible. See the Paint mix chart for how I approximate Citadel colors using my Vallejo paints.

Armor color schemes
Pallid Hand
A combination of WarhammerTV/Duncan's Academy videos.
Prime Wraithbone. Basecoat the armor panels Bonewhite.
Recess shade Seraphim Sepia.
Edge highlight Dead White.
Use Gore Grunta Fur to draw rust streaks coming out of any pockmarks in the armor.
Corroded bronze trim further along with other details.
This color scheme works very well with the above paints and looks awesome.
Poisoned Chalice
Prime Death Guard Green.
Give the armor panels two coats of Ork Flesh.
Recess shade Agrax Earthshade.
Edge highlight Scorpion Green.
Coat the trim Black Legion, edge highlight Heavy Grey.
The end result is a very vibrant color scheme. I should have gone further with the move towards Contrast paints, with a Grey Seer Basecoat. The Death Guard Green does nothing for us in this context.
Weeping Legion
Prime Death Guard Green.
Basecoat the armor panels Rakarth Flesh (see Paint mix chart for this and other colors).
Coat overall Athonian Camoshade.
Edge highlight the trim Scorpion Green.
Layer the armor panels Rakarth Flesh, edge highlight Pallid Witch Flesh.
Again I should have gone further with the move towards Contrast paints, with a Grey Seer Basecoat. The armor panel coats would have gone over easier. The edge highlight is too vibrant, maybe Dead Flesh would have worked out better. Or just a coat of Militarum Green.
Common parts
Sackcloth
Basecoat Beasty Brown.
Layer Deathclaw Brown.
Bestigor Flesh is a bit redder I think, but I just mixed Elf Skintone and Beasty Brown for a highlight. Do generic edge highlights, accentuate the pockmarks.
Then grab a 00 and do crosshatching on any open areas.
Highlight the edges and the crosshatching with pure Elf Skintone.
Dot the corners Pale Flesh.
Stipple Athonian Camoshade in the recesses.
Plague cloud
Basecoat Zandri Dust.
Drybrush Bonewhite, heavier towards the end.
Wash Seraphim Sepia.
Drybrush Off White, heavier around the end. Dab on Waywatcher Green in the recesses and around the flies.
Pick out the flies Black Templar.
Paint the wings Silver, then Aethermatic Blue.
Dark horns
Too much light bone color on the minis already. Experiment with Gore Grunta Fur basecoat, but use a wet brush to dab away the paint at the base of the horns.
Coat the upper half Snakebite Leather.
Highlight Filthy Brown. Superhighlight Elf Skintone.
