Like many of my Chaos Marines, I bought this tank second hand off eBay. I paint stripped it, then shoved it into a box. With all the conversions done lately, I felt it was his time, as well.

This is the old body assembled. Some parts might be missing, as the top is not a perfect match, and there is no siege shield. Doesn't matter.
I plugged the hatches with pieces of plasticard. Left has a magnet under.
For the left hatch, I have a missile launcher marine popping out to function as a havoc launcher. I chopped up this old marine at the knees, then plugged the gap in between the legs with green stuff to hold the magnet.
The left hatch holds a marine with combi weapon. I found a vehicle bit with a marine lower body. I used a Chaos torso to go over it (magnetized of course), then scrounged up some arms, a head and a backpack.
The head is actually a Kromlech veteran head bit... variety is key. It's also easier to hold up the gun without horns on the helmet. And you need to hold the gun up so it fits on the vehicle.
Finally, add Chaos Bling. Both marines fit well. I added trim (bits of L-shaped plasticard), a daemon skull chained over the cannon, a cogwheel, Chaos seals and brass symbols (GreenStuffWorld) to cover up some injuries on the side of the model, and some flaming skulls and candles (also GreenStuffWorld) to cover up injuries on the top.
Later, I also drilled the exhaust pipes.
Painting
Speed painted Word Bearers armor for days. Also Bone for the gigantic skull.
More things to paint:
Finish off by weathering the hull and the tracks.
