Painting my dark elf rogue, '50 Copper'

For the final couple of missions, here I go with my own miniature for '50 Copper'.

Painting

He's Reaper Bones, so prime white by brush. Then apply some painting tips:

• Black skin
• Dark leather armor and hood
• Light leather gloves and booots
• white pants (just for some contrast)
• Light yellowy wood crossbows
• metallic crossbows, belt buckle, pins
• cobblestone color scheme on his cast base and the terrain paste around it

Wyldwood arrows, as to be different from the light body of the crossbow.

The mini is that of a child adventurer, with big baby eyes. I tried to offset that with the otherworldly evil look that drow usually have (even if he's a neutral rogue) by painting his eyes white, then Blood Angels Red.

Finally, there's a weasel (or something similar) on the base. I think he's supposed to be a ranger. Anyway, I painted the weasel Garaghak Sewer, then tried highlighting Beasty Brown (barely visible), then mix in Grey Seer. That proved a more effective highlight.
