Same as the regular nuns for the clothes, shoes, base, skin, face etc.
Fancy details
Shiny gold standard.
The white medkit was painted the same way as the white cloth, then Blood Angels Red for the cross.
Of course, that horrifying saw wouldn't be complete without some blood.
