Painting 3d printed mummies

More undead for the dungeon. Painting inspired by the mummy.

Preparation

Fill out the base using milliput. Prime Wraithbone.

I then noticed that the milliput hills I put in had sharp separating lines, so I padded them out using Vallejo Heavy Gel.

Painting

Besides following the exact steps as for the original mummy, do the blades as Rusty metal and the ornaments as Corroded bronze.

Follow up with the Sandy base. I did change the process though. I haven't done sand in a while, and I wondered why I need the double drybrush when the sand is already two-toned. Well, that is because the Seraphim Sepia uniforms the sand, and the lighter sand is barely perceptible. Some experimenting later, 1:1 or even a bit more diluted Seraphim Sepia with just water added, achieves the desired effect. No additional drybrushing required!

Finished!
