Painting Warrior's Sons

The final ASOIAF commission for 2024. Faith based Lannisters! With two additional attachments from the attachments box.

Original state and preparation

They were primed silver, except I already painted the gold star symbol in the picture. Honorable mention goes to not being properly primed, I had to paint in between the legs by hand.

Painting

After a proper silver coat, I pulled a Kingsguard on the metallics. Base the cloth Grey Seer.

• Dark yellow cloth on the inside of the cloak

Paint the outside of the cloak and tabard two layers of Nighthaunt Gloom.

I shaded it Space Wolves Grey, which was a great choice but I made a mess of it and it pooled too much, so no further pictures. Highlight Electric Blue.

Finish off with:

• medium skintone
• Dark leather belts and shield straps

Basing

Lannister base: orange rock/sand and greenery.
