This is the basing we devised for House Stark miniatures.
Rugged wasteland base. On smaller, bases, do Simplified wasteland instead.
Cold Grey Rim. Also do this for the trays, if any, on the inside and the markings.
Glue on white/yellow bushes.
Apply some patches of snow. For AP snow, pre-mix the white sand with PVA glue on a palette. Apply a bit of PVA where the patch would go. Apply the patch. Much better than the dipping method.
