Painting Frozen Shore Bear Riders

Poor Bear Riders... they won't see the table during S7, but I like the models so here they are.

Preparation 

Gapfill the bears using green stuff, add basing bits and terrain paste for Ice base.

Painting 

Start with the ice base, then the Polar bears.

Actually stop before the drybrushing step, and basecoat the riders and tack using Contrast paints, as per Slapchop 2.0. Document any successful experiments in the page.

Then continue with the drybrushes for the polar bears, and doing the riders as well.

Finally, paint the extra details on the bears, paint the riders a second coat, and paint the Bones scattered around the bases. 

Finish with the metallic buckles on the javelin holders and riding tack.
